    • PURPOSE: A magnetic field intensity changing device and a changing method thereof are provided to efficiently confirm whether a magnetic field intensity measured in a remote position from a magnetic field source satisfies a standard. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic field intensity changing device includes an input unit (402) and a control unit (401). The input unit receives a reference distance and a target distance from a magnetic field generating source. The control unit primarily compares the reference distance with a threshold value calculated according to a wavelength of an electromagnetic wave and secondarily compares the target distance with the threshold value. The control unit changes a reference magnetic field intensity defined for the reference distance to a magnetic field intensity for the target distance based on the comparison results to calculate a changed magnetic field intensity.     • PURPOSE: A Gaussian electronic wave noise determining system and a method thereof are provided to determine whether an electronic wave noise expresses a Gaussina noise distribution. CONSTITUTION: A measure data collecting part(101) collects measurement data of electronic wave noises. An estimation value calculating part(102) calculates an average estimation value and a standard deviation estimation value of the measurement data. A quartile calculation unit(103) calculates the quartile by using measurement data. A noise distribution determining part(106) determines whether the measurement data has the Gaussian noise distribution by using the average estimation value, the standard deviation estimation value and the quartile.

    • PURPOSE: A signal processing method and a system thereof are provided to prevent the secondary radiation phenomenon due to the use of the conventional RF cable. CONSTITUTION: A receiving antenna(304) receives a radio signal. An electric-to-optic converter unit(306) changes the radio signal into an optical signal. An optical fiber(316) transfers the optical signal. A photoelectric converter unit(324) converts the transferred optical signal through the optical fiber into the radio signal. The first rotating unit is used for the polarization mode change of RX antenna. A second rotating unit(320) rotates RX-antenna to 360 degrees.
