    • The present invention relates to a testing device and method for environmentally friendly oil deterioration evaluation without ambient air contact which preemptively eliminate factors such as dissolved gas and moisture existing in oil and affecting the deterioration of oil by considering the characteristics of environment-friendly oil so as to yield a correct deterioration evaluation by completely blocking the introduction of external air and moisture through hourly evaluation of deterioration characteristics. The testing device comprises: a vacuum oil purifier enabling gas to be discharged from oil and dearerated oil to be left in insulating oil; a vacuum pump transferring the deaerated oil from the vacuum oil purifier to a deterioration cell and removing the air from inside; an N_2′u1′ gas purger purging N_2 gas from inside the deterioration cell; a deterioration cell bath having the deterioration cell installed to test for the deterioration of insulating oil; a controlling unit controlling temperature and time for heating insulating oil; and a recording device recording the temperature inside the deterioration cell.     • PURPOSE: A standard insulating oil producing system and a method thereof are provided to insert fixed amount of standard gas into the system using a timer, and to minimize the production error. CONSTITUTION: A standard insulating oil producing system comprises a vacuum oil purifier refining device(100), a sampling mixer(200), a standard gas reservoir(300), and a flow amount controller(400). The vacuum oil purifier refining device inserts insulating oil into the system for decompressing and degassing. The sampling mixer inserts standard gas into the insulating oil for producing standard insulating oil. The flow amount controller is connected to the sampling mixer.

    • PURPOSE: A gas detector, a gas detection processing system and a gas detection processing method are provided to judge malfunction diagnosis in a transformer by analyzing gas accurately. CONSTITUTION: A connection part(310) is supplied with a transformer gas from a transformer. An oil separation pipe(320) is supplied with the transformer gas through a sampling line. The oil separation pipe separates gas and insulation oil from the transformer gas. A vacuum pump(340) maintains vacuum condition of a connection line connected to the oil separation pipe. A gas trapping part(360) collects the gas through the connection line. A sampling valve(440) connects the connection part and the oil separation pipe.
