    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for tapping melts in a plasma torch melting furnace are provided to remove melts existing in a tap hole by installing tapping induction electrode on a transfer device with a remote controlling device. CONSTITUTION: A device for tapping melts in a plasma torch melting furnace comprises a tapping induction electrode(10), a controller, and a transfer device(120). The tapping induction electrode is parallel-connected with a main electrode(31). The tapping induction electrode heats and fuses melts remaining in a tap hole(12). The controller secludes the conduction between the anode of the plasma torch and the main electrode. The controller connects the conduction between the anode of the plasma torch and a tapping induction electrode. The transfer device transfers the tapping induction electrode along the tap hole and controls the proximity distance with melts.

    • PURPOSE: A waste melting furnace with plasma, a waste melting system having the same, and a waste melting method using the same are provided to lengthen a moving path for exhaust gas inside the same, thereby sufficiently pyrolyzing and melting waste. CONSTITUTION: A waste melting furnace (1) with plasma includes a waste inlet (13), an exhaust gas outlet (23), and a plasma torch (100). Waste is injected into the waste inlet at the first side (10) of the furnace. The exhaust gas outlet is formed at the second side (20) of the furnace, and the second side faces the first side. The exhaust gas is placed in a direction tilted to a third side (30) connecting the first side with the second side. The exhaust gas outlet discharges exhaust gas from the furnace. The plasma torch heats inside the furnace. The plasma torch is placed in a position closer to the second side than the first side from the third side. The plasma torch jets the plasma (P) to the exhaust gas before the exhaust gas is discharged.
