    • PURPOSE: A heat dissipation package integrated solar cell module is provided to alleviate a difference between the heat expansion rates of a solar cell and a heat dissipation frame by omitting lamination and heat treatment processes of a bottom electrode. CONSTITUTION: Solar cells(11-14) are separately arranged on the bottom of a panel(20). A heat dissipation frame(61) is arranged on the side of the panel and on the bottom of the solar cells. The heat dissipation frame supports the panel and the solar cells. The heat dissipation frame receives heat from the solar cells and discharges the heat outside. A buffer layer is formed in order to alleviate a difference between the heat expansion rates of the solar cell and the heat dissipation frame. A metal electrode layer is formed between the buffer layer and the solar cells.

    • PURPOSE: A lighting pattern control system and remote control equipment of a street light are provided to enhance energy efficiency by separately controlling a main street light and a second street light. CONSTITUTION: A lighting pattern is set in main street lights(M1,M2,M3). The main street light transmits and receives a lighting control signal through local area wireless communications. Secondary street lights(N1-N7) are turned on by receiving the lighting control signal. The secondary street light transmits and receives the lighting control signal with a neighboring street light. A power supply supplies a driving power source. A GPS(Global Positioning System) receives a satellite signal from a satellite and creates and outputs time and location information. A moving object sensing sensor senses a moving object and outputs a moving object sensing signal.
