    • 본발명은단열기능일체형구조용패널에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는고단열심재와비중이낮은 ALC로형성되는구조용패널을일체화하고구조보강요소로보강하여단열성능을보강하면서도강도성능이우수하게발현되도록하는단열기능일체형구조용패널에관한것이다. 본발명의바람직한일 실시예는분쇄된보통포틀랜드시멘트(OPC; Ordinary Portland Cement) 50~60중량%, 분쇄된규석 25~35중량%, 생석회 10중량%, 무수석고 5중량%로구성된혼합분말과, 혼합분말 100중량부를기준으로, 혼합수 125~135중량부, 첨가제로폴리디메틸실록산 0.05~0.15 중량부, 첨가제로평균기공의크기를제어하기위해서염화칼슘 0.03~0.1 중량부및 기포제 0.3~0.5중량부를혼합하여성형체를형성하고, 상기성형체를오토클레이브를이용하여수열합성하여형성되는미네랄하이드레이트로이루어지는일정크기의판재형상의고단열심재와, ALC로형성되어고단열심재의양측면에불연막접착소재로접착되는내측및 외측구조용패널로이루어지는패널본체와; 패널본체의고단열심재를두께방향으로관통하여양측의구조용패널에정착하여결합시키도록형성되는관통형구조보강요소;를포함하여이루어진다.

    • The present invention relates to a mineral hydrate insulation material which is made of natural minerals and is not harmful to a human body and the environment, wherein multiple functions including the improvement of high insulation, lightweight, fire resistance, and durability properties can be expressed. A method for producing a mineral hydrate insulation material according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing quartzite and ordinary Portland cement (OPC); (b) producing slurry including 125-135 parts by weight of mixed water, 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of polydimethyl siloxane as an additive, and 0.03-0.1 parts by weight calcium chloride as an additive to control the size of average pores in a mixed powder based on 100 parts by weight of the mixed powder, wherein the mixed powder containing 50-60 wt% of pulverized OPC, 25-35 wt% of pulverized quartzite, 10 wt% of quicklime, and 5 wt% of anhydrous gypsum, and the slurry is maintained within a temperature of 0 to 50°C inclusive; (c) molding a molded product by mixing 0.3-0.5 wt% of a foaming agent with the slurry based on 100 wt% of the mixed powder; (d) adding the molded product in a thermo-hygrostat having 50°C and relative humidity of 50% and aging the same for 4-6 hours; and (e) hydrothermally synthesizing the same at 160-180°C for 3-5 hours using an autoclave.
