    • 본발명은가압순산소연소보일러에관한것으로, 합성가스를생성하는가스화기; 상기가스화기에서생성된합성가스가주입되며, 합성가스흐름방향을따라복수의버너와열교환기가교대로다단설치되고, 상기버너에가압상태로공급된산화제로인해합성가스가단계적으로연소되는복사챔버; 및상기복사챔버에서발생된연도가스가주입되며, 연도가스의잠열을회수하는열교환기가설치된대류챔버를포함한다. 본발명은, 가스화기에서생성한합성가스를연료로서공급하기때문에연료핸들링및 제어로직이단순화되는효과가있으며, 다단의버너에공급되는산화제의혼합비율과수분함량등과같은사용자조절가능변수가늘어나면서운전유연성을확보할수 있는효과가있다. 또한, 복사챔버에서다단의버너를설치하여합성가스를순차적으로연소시키기때문에, 국부적으로과도한연소열이발생되는것을방지하면서도합성가스를완전연소시킴으로써전체효율은크게향상되며, NOx와 SOx의발생을억제할수 있다. 나아가배가스처리를위한별도의환경설비를설치할필요가없기때문에설비제작과정에서비용을줄일수 있고, 저비용으로미세먼지와 CO2 배출이감소된설비를구성할수 있는효과가있다.

    • The present invention relates to a slagging measuring apparatus and a slagging measuring method, wherein the slagging measuring apparatus comprises: a slagging panel installed on a wall inside the furnace of a boiler; a slagging measuring part measuring the viscosity of slag which flows after being melted along the slagging panel; an air supplying part supplying air into an air flow path formed in the slagging panel; and an air heating part supplying the air to the slagging panel after heating the air, which is supplied from the air supplying part, in order to melt the slag adhering to the wall inside the furnace of the boiler. The slagging measuring apparatus and the slagging measuring method according to the present invention melt the slag adhering to the wall inside the furnace of the boiler by supplying the heated air to the slagging panel, thereby accurately measuring the behavior properties of the slag with viscosity in the furnace.

    • PURPOSE: A gas fuel reformer is provided to easily produce synthetic gas with the improved quality by inducing the partial oxidation without using a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A gas fuel reformer(200) comprises the following: a reaction furnace(210) for producing synthetic gas by performing the partial oxidation; a pure oxygen burner(220) installed on one side of the reaction furnace for supplying heat to the reaction furnace; an oxygen supply duct(230) supplying oxygen to the pure oxygen burner; more than one fuel supply pipe(240) supplying gas fuel to the reaction furnace or the pure oxygen burner; a chiller(250) condensing steam inside the synthetic gas; a gas analysis device(260) for measuring the concentration of the synthetic gas; and a controller(270) for controlling the flow rate of the gas fuel or the oxygen.
