    • PURPOSE: A device for horizontally transferring a hoisting guide sheave is provided to perform the precise matching between a lifting unit and a container even under a shaking situation, and maximize control effect. CONSTITUTION: A device for horizontally transferring a hoisting guide sheave comprises shift actuators(110,111), a hoisting guide sheave block(120), a guide frame, and a anti-separation frame. The shift actuator expands or contracts an operating rod from a cylinder block supported on the trolley frame of a crane. The hoisting guide sheave block is connected to the operating rod and is movably coupled to the trolley frame. The guide frame guides the horizontal movement of the hoisting guide sheave block. The anti-separation fame is installed on the trolley frame and restricts the vertical separation of the hoisting guide sheave block.

    • PURPOSE: A pitching tensioner device is provided to prevent the time loss to fix a crane by automatically fastening a latch to a holding pin on the end of the rod side of a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A pitching tensioner device comprises hydraulic operating units(110,111), a support structure, a tensioner lifting unit, a pitching tensioner, and a latch. The hydraulic operating unit is installed on a crane(10). The support structure is installed on both sides of the lower frame of the crane. The tensioner lifting unit is rotatably fastened to the support structure and receives power form the hydraulic operating unit. The pitching tensioner is rotatably fastened to the support structure, lifts depending on the operation of the rod of the tensioner lifting unit, and moves back or forth, stops the rod by a hydraulic circuit, or controls tension corresponding to the scale of horizontal force.

    • An unloading device and a control method thereof are provided to control the length and width of a horizontal part of a bucket elevator to a ship without additional devices by regulating the linear movement of the boom transport unit, the rotation of the boom, and the horizontal angle of the bucket elevator. An unloading device comprises a bucket elevator(110), a boom(120), a boom support unit(130), a boom transport unit(140), and a controller. The lower sprocket of the bucket elevator has a horizontal part whose bottom is horizontal to the ground surface. The boom is equipped on an upper side of the bucket elevator so that the slope can be changed. The bucket elevator is connected to the boom and horizontally moved. The boom support unit supports the boom. The boom transport unit is located in the bottom side of the boom support unit and moves the boom support unit linearly in the longitudinal direction. The controller controls the interlock of the boom transport unit, the bucket elevator, and the horizontal part of the bucket elevator. The boom transport unit linearly moves. The bucket elevator moves linearly in the width direction to a ship according to the slope variation of the boom to the boom transport unit. The horizontal part of the bucket elevator rotates at the fixed horizontal angle to the ship.
