    • PURPOSE: A device for horizontally transferring a hoisting guide sheave is provided to perform the precise matching between a lifting unit and a container even under a shaking situation, and maximize control effect. CONSTITUTION: A device for horizontally transferring a hoisting guide sheave comprises shift actuators(110,111), a hoisting guide sheave block(120), a guide frame, and a anti-separation frame. The shift actuator expands or contracts an operating rod from a cylinder block supported on the trolley frame of a crane. The hoisting guide sheave block is connected to the operating rod and is movably coupled to the trolley frame. The guide frame guides the horizontal movement of the hoisting guide sheave block. The anti-separation fame is installed on the trolley frame and restricts the vertical separation of the hoisting guide sheave block.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic spreader landing system is provided to make a fast spreader landing by automatically executing spreader posture control. CONSTITUTION: An automatic spreader landing system comprises a first sensor, a second sensor, a deviation calculator(140) and a landing controller(130). The first sensor senses the location of the spreader for crane and landing objects. The second sensor senses the distance between the landing objects and spreader. The deviation calculator measures the location, distance deviation and location deviation data between the landing objects and spreader using the location and distance. The posture correction value is calculated using data. The landing controller controls the operation of an actuator for the posture control of the spreader according to the posture correction value calculated with the deviation calculator.

    • PURPOSE: A pitching tensioner device is provided to prevent the time loss to fix a crane by automatically fastening a latch to a holding pin on the end of the rod side of a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A pitching tensioner device comprises hydraulic operating units(110,111), a support structure, a tensioner lifting unit, a pitching tensioner, and a latch. The hydraulic operating unit is installed on a crane(10). The support structure is installed on both sides of the lower frame of the crane. The tensioner lifting unit is rotatably fastened to the support structure and receives power form the hydraulic operating unit. The pitching tensioner is rotatably fastened to the support structure, lifts depending on the operation of the rod of the tensioner lifting unit, and moves back or forth, stops the rod by a hydraulic circuit, or controls tension corresponding to the scale of horizontal force.
