    • The present invention relates to a prefabricated construction panel and a fabricating method thereof which can simply and easily connect panels without an additional and complex connecting operation such as rivet fastening. A prefabricated construction panel according to the present invention comprises a pair of base plates which is spaced a predetermined distance apart and is arranged in parallel, wherein a first ring part inwardly curved into a U-shape on one end part, and a second ring part outwardly curved into a U-shaped on the other end part; and filler which is attached in a space between the pair of base plates, wherein one end part is buried in the base plates to form a filler insertion groove with one end part of a base plate, and the other end part is exposed through one end part of the base plate. The exposed end part of the filler to the outside of one end part of the base plate is inserted into the filler insertion groove of another construction panel, and the second ring part of the base plates is fastened with a first ring part of another construction panel such that construction panels are combined to each other.
