The incombustible lid for a low voltage connection box according to the present invention, which opens and closes the upper part of the low voltage connection box buried underground, includes a base board which is formed with an insulating synthetic resin or a plaster material; and an incombustible sheet which is molded by impregnating incombustible fiber with a resin aqueous solution and which is directly bonded to one side or both sides of the base board in a semi-dried prepreg state by being heated and compressed at a set temperature and a set pressure, wherein the resin aqueous solution is obtained by mixing a methylol melamine resin with an inorganic flame retardant, adding a solvent into the mixture, dispersing the mixture in the solvent, and the diluting the dispersant with water.

    • The present invention relates to an incombustible bushing for transformer and a manufacturing method thereof in order to improve safety about fire by composing the bushing which is used to connect a wiring coil to the outside in a transformer by using incombustible fiber reinforced plastics (FRP). The incombustible bushing for transformer includes: an inner core which is made of an insulating synthetic resin material formed in a pipe shape including a central conductor in the central part in the bushing for transformer which is mounted on a transformer container; an incombustible core cover which is molded by making a flame retarding fiber impregnated in resin solution manufactured by diluting with water after mixing a methyol melamine resin with an inorganic flame retarding material and injecting and dispersing a solvent and which is directly connected by heating and compressing at a predetermined temperature and a predetermined pressure on the outer surface of the inner core in a semidry prepreg state; and an incombustible housing which is installed to surround a part exposed to the outside of the transformer of the incombustible core cover by being made of an incombustible synthetic resin and which is formed so that multiple wings are extended to the outside on the outer surface.

    • PURPOSE: A light weight timber fire door made of cellulose silicate fiber is provided to minimize property loss and human injury in fire. CONSTITUTION: A light weight timber fire door made of cellulose silicate fiber comprises a front board(110), an aggregate member(150), a rear board(120), a first nonflammable fabric(130) and a second nonflammable fabric(140). The front board is impregnated in a flame resisting liquid and is located on the front side of the fire door. The aggregate member is installed in order to cross the girth and inside of the front board. The first nonflammable fabric covers the inner side of the front board. A fixation pin(160) is compressed between an inner side of the front board and a front side of the aggregate member. The second nonflammable fabric covers over the inner side of the rear board.
