CONSTITUTION: A measuring system of a burning test for a room corner comprises a main housing(10), a duct(20), an exhaust hood(30), a fixed test table(40), a main test room(50), a moving unit, a combustion gas analyzing unit, and a burner(41). The duct is installed on the top of the main housing. The exhaust hood is installed in the entrance of the duct. The fixed test table is installed in the bottom of the exhaust hood and performs a fire test. The main test room is separably installed inside the main housing. The moving unit automatically moves the main test room. The combustion gas analyzing unit measures combustion gas exhausted from the exhaust hood. The burner is installed in the fixed test table or the main test room.

The transferring vehicle is installed in the test room and installs a specimen for the burning test. The main burner is installed in the transferring vehicle. The auxiliary burner is supported by a fixed frame installed in the test room. The combustion gas analyzing unit measures combustion gas occurred when the specimen is burned.

    • PURPOSE: A large scale calorimeter in the 100MW class is provided to objectively and scientifically perform a combustion test so that the accuracy and reliability with respect to experimental data. CONSTITUTION: A large scale calorimeter(100) in the 100MW class comprises a collection hood(110), an exhaust duct(120), a combustion gas analyzing device(130), an elevating driver(140), and an elevating controller(160). Combustion gas generated in a fire is gathered and flows into the collection hood for a combustion test. The exhaust duct is connected to the upper part of the collection hood and horizontally installed. The combustion gas analyzing device measures the combustion gas passing through the inner side of the exhaust duct through the collection hood. The elevating driver moves the collection hood up and down, thereby adjusting a height. The elevating controller controls the elevating driver.

Combustion gas generated in a fire is gathered and flows into the collection hood for a combustion test. The exhaust duct is connected to the upper part of the collection hood and horizontally installed. The combustion gas analyzing device measures the combustion gas passing through the inner side of the exhaust duct through the collection hood. The orifice part is installed so that an exhausting speed of the combustion gas is increased. The guide vane installed between the orifice part and combustion gas analyzing device guides the combustion gas flowing to the combustion gas analyzing device to the horizontal direction at a constant concentration.
