A fitting groove is formed in the connecting rod to fit the belt link, and a push clip(12) is installed in the belt link. The belt is fixed with the fixing clip and mounting fastener tapes. A urethane chain(100) is installed in the tire with fixing the belt by the belt link, the fixing clip and the push clip. Safety traveling is performed with improving the rigidity of the connecting rod.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cleaning device for removing foreign substance on a test socket to test a semiconductor product. The cleaning device includes: a clean chip which has a size corresponding to a semiconductor product; a foreign substance removal unit which is placed on one side of the clean chip and includes adhesive material; and an attachment prevention unit which is placed on the foreign substance removal unit. The attachment prevention unit pressurizes the cleaning device onto a test socket using contact force and, when the contact force is removed, generates separation force greater than the attachment force between the foreign substance removal unit and the test socket. According to the present invention, as break time when a test handler stops for cleaning the test socket is not necessary, loss in testing and mass-producing semiconductor products is minimized. Furthermore, the problem that the cleaning device sticks to a tray or to the test socket can be resolved.
