    • PURPOSE: An electronic packaging apparatus of vehicles is provided to reduce thermal resistance between a housing and a PCB by forming a solder paste on a ground layer of the PCB and a heat transfer material layer. CONSTITUTION: An electronic packaging apparatus of vehicles includes a PCB(11), a heat transfer material layer(14), and a solder paste(15). A current path of an electric device(10) is patterned on the PCB. The heat transfer material layer is interposed between the PCB and a housing(13), and reduces heat resistance between the PCB and the housing. The solder paste is formed on the heat transfer material layer in order to form a heat dissipation path between the PCB and the housing. Thickness of the solder paste is thinner than thickness of the heat transfer material layer.
