摘要： PURPOSE: A speed sensor assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect a magnet when the speed sensor assembly is injection-molded by preventing the top of a magnet holder from being exposed. CONSTITUTION: A speed sensor assembly comprises a holder(10), a lower insertion groove, a front opening hole, and a hanging unit. The holder has a mounting groove(12) with opened top. The lower insertion groove is formed to insert a magnet into the bottom of the holder. The front opening hole opens the lower insertion groove toward the front of the holder. The hanging unit prevents the magnet from being deviated to the front and bottom of the holder.

摘要： PURPOSE: A speed sensor assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily assemble a hall IC by automatically opening the front of an injection-molded holder. CONSTITUTION: A speed sensor assembly comprises a lower mold(10), a mounting member(20), and a slide unit(30). The lower mold has an extraction groove(12) for extracting a holder. The mounting member is formed in the extraction groove and supports a magnet. The mounting member is composed of a fixing protrusion(22) and a latch(24). The fixing protrusion is extended to the inside the extraction groove and is in contact with the rear of the magnet. The latch is in contact with the front of the magnet. The slide unit allows the mounting member to be coupled to both sides of the magnet.
