    • A method of producing chlorella extract by reaction of a Chlorella suspension with any one of a cell-wall degrading enzyme and protease is provided to improve the content of chlorella growth factor and extract yield. A Chlorella suspension is reacted with any one of a cell-wall degrading enzyme and protease and extracted at 90 to 100deg.C for 20 to 60min. The obtained hot water extract is filtered and freeze dried. The cell-wall degrading enzyme is beta-1,3-glucanase, cellulase, xylanase and pectinase. The protease is Papain, Kojizyme, Alcalase, Esperase, Neutrase and Flavourzyme.

    • A spirulina extract having anti-thrombotic activity is provided to ensure the anti-thrombotic activity relating to the intrinsic pathway and prevent cardiovascular diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, arteriosclerosis, coronary arteriosclerosis. An anti-thrombotic composition comprises a spirulina extract as an active ingredient. A method for producing the spirulina extract comprises: a step of putting dried spirulina and water in an extractor and adjusting at 35-60 °C and pH 7.0-9.0; a step of adding cell wall lysis enzyme and extracting for 30 minutes to two hours; a step of adding protease and extracting for 30 minutes to two hours; a step of heating at 100°C for 10-30 minutes and deactivating the enzyme while extracting; and a step of cooling and removing remnants through filtering or centrifuging.
