    • A circuit for preventing reverse coupling of an electronic apparatus using a MOSFET is provided to prevent an excess current from being applied to an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) by using a reverse coupling preventing circuit. A circuit for preventing reverse coupling of an electronic apparatus includes a MOSFET and resistors(113,115). A gate terminal of the MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)(111) is coupled with an anode terminal of a main power supply. A drain terminal of the MOSFET is connected to an inner portion of an ECU. A source terminal of the MOSFET is coupled with an outer side of the ECU. The resistors are coupled with the source terminal of the MOSFET. Alternatively, the gate terminal of the MOSFET is coupled with a cathode terminal of the main power supply. A zero voltage is applied on the gate terminal of the MOSFET. The source terminal is disconnected from the drain terminal of the MOSFET.

    • A circuit for breaking an inverse connection power source and a motor circuit including the same are provided to protect a motor control unit and a motor from the inverse connection power source by preventing an external voltage from being supplied to an inner ground terminal. A circuit for breaking an inverse connection power source(100) includes a voltage distribution circuit(110), a switching element(120), and a zener diode(130). The voltage distribution circuit distributes an inner voltage(VDD) according to a predetermined resistance ratio and outputs the distributed voltage(VDI). The switching element is connected between an inner ground terminal(206) connected to an inner circuit(205) and an external ground terminal(203) and is turned on or off in response to the distributed voltage. The zener diode is connected to the switching element in parallel between the inner ground terminal and the external ground terminal and breaks a surge current inputted to the inner ground terminal from the external ground terminal. The inner voltage is supplied to the inner circuit as an operation power of the inner circuit.

    • A circuit for driving a fuel pump motor is provided to increase operation reliability of the fuel pump motor by driving the fuel pump motor by using an LC filter according to a pulse width modulation scheme. A circuit for driving a fuel pump motor using a pulse width modulation scheme includes a snubber condenser, a coil, a diode, and an LC filter. The snubber condenser suppresses a noise which is generated by a transient voltage and a transient current. The transient voltage and the transient current are applied from a drain terminal to a source terminal of an FET. The diode reduces a reverse electromotive force generated when the FET(Field Effect Transistor) is turned off. The LC(Inductor Capacitor) filter is coupled with the diode and filters the reverse electromotive force, so that the reverse electromotive force is fed back to a source terminal of the FET.
