A location information receiver(3) grasps present location information. A main broadcasting receiver presently receives the selected broadcasting frequency. A sub broadcasting receiver(2) selects the broadcasting frequency. A controller extracts the broadcasting information from the database. The controller compares the broadcasting reception quality of the main broadcasting receiver with that of the sub broadcasting receiver.
