    • The present invention relates to a copper alloy pipe with excellent strength and excellent workability containing copper, iron, and phosphorus and a method for manufacturing the same and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a smoothing surface copper ally pipe comprising: a copper alloy pipe comprising 0.03-0.15 wt% of iron (Fe), 0.015-0.07 wt% of phosphorus (P), and residues comprising copper (Cu) and unavoidable impurities; a step for casting a billet comprising 0.03-0.15 wt% of iron (Fe), 0.015-0.07 wt% of phosphorus (P), and residues comprising copper (Cu) and unavoidable impurities; a step for obtaining a small pipe by hot extruding the casted billet; a step for obtaining a pipe by cold pipe rolling the obtained small pipe; a step for cold drawing the obtained pipe; a step for level winding the cold drawn pipe in a coil form; and a step for heat treating the pipe winded in a coil form at 450-650°C for 3-6 hours, and a method for manufacturing a copper alloy pipe having a groove in an inside which partially transforms the above method. According to the present invention, the copper alloy pipe has excellent strength and excellent workability at the same time.     • PURPOSE: A copper alloy material for a pipe of high strength and high conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain high tensile strength, high electric conductivity, and excellent workability although only one thermal treatment is performed. CONSTITUTION: A copper alloy material for a pipe of high strength and conductivity is composed of 0.05 to 0.25 wt.% Fe, 0.01 to 0.05 wt.% of Mn, 0.015 to 0.07 wt.% of P, and the rest of Cu and other inevitable impurities. The weight ratio of the Fe and the P(Fe/P) is 0.75 to 6.0. The copper alloy material has 295MPa or more of tensile strength, 35% or more of elongation rate, and 81%IACS or more of electrical conductivity.
