    • A form for manufacturing a marine pile protective coating and a corrosion protection method of a marine steel pile using the same are provided to offer a form suitable for forming a thin coating, and to offer an inorganic lining method having a self-rustproofing effect for small damage by being strong against impact and forming a passive-state coating on the surface of steel with alkalinity. A form for manufacturing a marine pile protective coating comprises a form body(10) surrounding a marine steel pile(50) at a certain distance and having an air suction/discharge port(12) on the upper part and a material injection port(11) on the lower part, many fixing members(20) fixing a connection of the form, a spacer(30) installed between the form body and the steel pile to keep the space between the form body and the steel pile, and a watertight pad(40) keeping the space between the form body and the steel pile and having elasticity for cutting off the permeation of water from the space between the form body and the steel pile, and the connection of the form body, or, the curved surface of the steel pile.

    • PURPOSE: A polycarbonate form for applying mortar for preventing a steel pipe pile from becoming corroded is provided to enable thinner and more uniform coated part to be formed to prevent the corrosion of the steel pipe pile, to minimize the separation or the cracking due to the deformation or the movement of the steel pipe pile and to enable an installation work to be easily performed. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate form(100) for applying mortar for preventing a steel pipe pile from becoming corroded comprises a body(110), a horizontal sealing portion(120), a coupling portion(130), a water discharge portion(140), a corrosion-preventing mortar injecting portion(150) and an air intake/exhaust portion(160). The body is formed from polycarbonate. The horizontal sealing portion comprises a gap member and a horizontal watertight member. The gap member forms a gap between the body and a steel pipe pile(11). The horizontal watertight member seals the body to the steel pipe pile. The coupling portion comprises a vertical watertight member and a reinforcing member.

      연약지반에 수직의 말뚝 형태로 시공됨으로써 지반속의 간극수와 소화흡수반응, 수화반응, 발열반응, 팽창반응, 이온교환반응 등의 반응을일으켜 함수비 저하, 전단강도 증진을 통해 주변지반을 개량하고, 반응후 생성된 고결체는 50kgf/㎠이상의 강도를 발현하여 구조적으로 침하에 대해 지지말뚝, 활동에 대해 보강말뚝으로서 효과를 발휘한다.

    • A coating composition comprising carbon fiber is provided to have strong adhesion to the metallic or non-metallic surface and excellent durability and to prevent formation of cracks or exfoliation causable by expansion and contraction of a structure after coating. The coating composition comprising carbon fiber comprises (1) mixed powders consisting of 80-280 parts by weight of slaked lime, 40-200 parts by weight of slag fine powder, and 10-80 parts by weight of fly ashes, and (2) mixed liquids consisting of 80-100 parts by weight of acrylate copolymers, 2-5 parts by weight of carbon fiber, and 5-13 parts by weight of water. A mix weight ratio of the mixed powers and the mixed liquids is in the range of 2-4:1.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a microorganism carrier of a fluidized bed reactor by using waste slag and waste coal fly ash by which provided porous ceramic carrier has good adhesive capacity of microorganisms, enough mechanical strength and large specific surface area. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of (a) mixing a raw material composition consisting of 40 parts by weight of blast-furnace slag and 25 parts by weight of coal, 5 parts by weight of loess, 5 parts by weight of silica stone, 10 parts by weight of bentonite, 10 parts by weight of bentonite and 0.05-0.07 parts by weight of plasticizer; (b) pulverizing the mixture of the step (a) by a ball mill to prepare a ceramic material; (c) molding the ceramic material by using a stainless pelletizer into a spherical shape and drying it; and (d) sintering the molded carrier at a temperature of 1,150-1,200 °C.
