    • PURPOSE: An herb aroma construction interior material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to evenly distribute the herb aroma in the construction interior material by applying electricity in the herb aroma and mixing wallboard powder with a mixture of water and herb aroma. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the herb aroma construction interior material comprises the following steps: mixing, heating, and stirring menthol and the herb aroma(S100); applying electricity to herb aroma(S200); mixing with glycerin and stirring the mixture(S300); mixing the electric approved herb aroma with the water and stirring thereof; mixing the mixture of water and herb aroma with the interior material powder and stirring thereof; forming interior material mixture(S500); hardening or compressing the interior material mixture in predetermined shapes; and forming the herb aroma construction interior material(S600). The interior material powder comprises more than one of the following: plaster powder, vermiculite powder, mica powder, loess powder, granite soil, wood powder, and magnesium oxide.

    • 본원은 폐아스콘 골재를 가열하고 약품을 혼합하여 교반함으로써 재생하여 사용 가능케 하는 폐 아스콘 믹싱플랜트에 관한 것이다.
      종래의 폐 아스콘 믹싱플랜트에서의 계량 및 하차 방법에서는 폐 아스콘 믹싱플랜트에서 가공된 골재를 높은 위치로 이송시키기 위해 버킷 엘리베이터를 이용하여 높은 위치로 골재를 보내서 하부의 계량조로 보내주면서 정량으로 계량하여 운송수단(트럭)에 하차(적재)시키는 시스템을 채택하여 이용하여 왔는바, 이는 초기 시설투자비가 많이 투자될 뿐 아니라 계량조 저부에 하나의 운송수단(트럭)만이 출입할 수 있는 공간이 마련되어 다수의 운송수단(트럭)이 대기하면서 골재 적재부에는 하나의 차량만이 진입하여 골재를 투입받아 적재하고 출고 된 후 다음 차량이 진입하여 골재를 하차 받는 작업을 반복하게 되는 시스템으로 적용되어 골재 배송 능력을 떨어뜨리는 문제점을 갖고 있었는바, 본원에서는 높은 위치로 이송하는 시스템을 갖지 않� �� 바로 지상 위치에 레일을 형성하고 레일 상부에 믹싱혼합조를 마련하고 믹싱혼합조에 가공골재 및 재생에 필요한 약재가 함께 투입되며 혼합 및 교반한 후 레일을 따라 이동하며 운송수단에 재생골재를 투입해주는 시스템을 이루는 골재 배출/적재 시스템에 관한 것이다.

    • According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing lightweight aerated concrete with enhanced quick setting property includes a foaming agent diluting step in which water and sodium lauryl sulfate are diluted with 1:2 volume ratio; a first mixing step for distributing and mixing portland cement, metakaolin, C12A7, and PVA fiber; a first stirring step for uniformly stirring the foaming agent and the first mixture without removing an air bubble; a second mixing step for adding BA to the mixture in order to increase the viscosity of the mixture; and room temperature hardening accelerating step for simultaneously adding CAS clinker and paramy wax for inducing components having quick setting acceleration to be quickly dispersed.

    • PURPOSE: A crack-free repair mortar and a repairing method of concrete structure using thereof are provided to control incidence of crack by including various reinforcing fibers and uniformly diffusing the fibrous reinforcement on the mortar using a vibration mixer. The fibrous reinforcement comprises 0.02-0.06 parts by weight of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate(EVA), 0.03-0.3 parts by weight of wood fiber, 0.02-0.4 parts by weight of polypropylene(PP), and 0.03-0.74 parts by weight of steel fiber. The PP includes 50% of PP with 6mm length and 18micro-meters in diameter and 50% of PP with 12mm length and 18micro-meters in diameter. The steel fiber includes 50% of steel fiber with 30mm length and 300micro-meters in diameter and 50% steel fiber with 40mm length and 300micro-meters in diameter.

    • PURPOSE: An ascon manufacturing device for road repairing is provided to prevent air pollution, manufacture the ascon simply and rapidly, and strengthen coherence of ascon. CONSTITUTION: An ascon manufacturing device comprises a drum(110), a heating body(120), a heater(130), a drum motor, a mixer portion, and a filter portion(160). The drum has an internal space filled with a certain amount of paving materials through an input hopper(112). The heating body which has an asphalt storage tank(122) in a sealed internal space storing a certain amount of asphalt rotatably supports both ends of the drum. The heater heats the asphalt stored in the asphalt storage tank and packing materials put into the drum by providing a heat source into the sealed internal space of the heating body. The drum motor allows the drum to rotate forward or reversely. The mixer portion manufactures the ascon by mixing the packing materials and the asphalt. The filter portion inhales and removes dust discharged to the outside from an opening of a mixing tank.
