The binder contains a mixture and water. The mixture contains 20 weight% of starch, 3 weight% of caustic soda, 3 weight% of borax, 14 weight% of silicon dioxide, and 14 weight% of aluminum oxide. The binder is inserted between the first and second stencil papers for adhesion. The thread is inserted between the first and second stencil papers.

Liquid excretion is prepared(S10). 200g of the complex raw materials is mixed with 100g of the liquid excretion(S20). A fertilizer raw material is dried(S30). The fertilizer raw material is formed into granule shapes(S40).

A method for manufacturing functional paper includes the following steps of: forming a wet paper layer; compressing the wet paper layer; drying the compressed layer; disassembling a material in which fly ash is added; and emitting the material on the surface of the gold mesh through a head box.

A packing paper is made by using pulp as a principal component. Fly ashes that are generated from the combustion of coals are mixed inside the pulp. A coating liquid that is made by mixing the fly ash and an adhesive is applied to any one side of the paper. The adhesive is a starch. A corrugated cardboard box is formed by adhering a surface sheet(7), a corrugated core sheet(6) and a rear sheet(1) with an adhesive. Any one of the surface sheet and the back sheet is made by using a pulp as a principal component. The fly ashes that are generated from the combustion of coals are mixed inside the pulp.
