    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lactic acid bacteria micro particle using alginic acid and water soluble chitosan of low molecule is provided to obtain multi functional lactic acid bacteria micro particle having physiological activity of the alginic acid and chitosan. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an alginic acid micro particle containing lactic acid bacteria which is coated with water soluble chitosan of low molecule comprises: a step of evenly mixing 1.5 ~ 2.5wt%(w/w) of alginic acid aqueous solution and 1.5 ~ 2.5wt%(w/w) of lactic acid aqueous solution; a step of adding tween 20 solution to the resultant solution to emulsify; a step of adding 0.15 ~ 0.25 M of CaCl2 to the emulsified solution to produce lactic acid micro particle; and a step of filtering and washing the lactic acid micro particle and coating the particle in 0.5 ~ 1.0 wt%(w/w) of aqueous chitosan solution of low molecule.
    • 目的:提供一种利用海藻酸和低分子量水溶性壳聚糖制备乳酸菌微粒的方法,以获得具有藻酸和壳聚糖生理活性的多功能乳酸菌微粒子。 构成:包含低分子水溶性壳聚糖的含有乳酸菌的藻酸微粒的制造方法,其特征在于,将1.5〜2.5重量%(w / w)的海藻酸水溶液和1.5〜 2.5重量%(w / w)的乳酸水溶液; 向所得溶液中加入吐温20溶液乳化的步骤; 向乳化液中加入0.15〜0.25M的CaCl 2,生成乳酸微粒的步骤; 以及过滤和洗涤乳酸微粒并在0.5〜1.0wt%(w / w)的低分子壳聚糖水溶液中涂覆该颗粒的步骤。
