    • The present invention relates to a distillation/dehydration process for manufacturing fuel-grade bioethanol, comprising a step of obtaining a first bioethanol vapor by concentrating a bioethanol fermentation from a separation column; a step of obtaining a bioethanol concentration in a reflux tank of the separation column by cooling the first bioethanol vapor; a step of supplying the bioethanol concentration in the reflux tank of the separation column to a purification column; a step of obtaining a second bioethanol vapor by concentrating the bioethanol concentration in the purification column; a step of supplying the second bioethanol vapor in the purification column to a dehydration column; and a step of obtaining a third bioethanol vapor by removing moisture from the second bioethanol vapor in the dehydration column, and to a fuel-grade bioethanol manufactured thereby.
