    • PURPOSE: A method for producing bioethanol is provided to recycle waste resource, to reduce cost for disposing food and beverage waste, and to prevent environmental pollution.     • PURPOSE: A liquefying and collecting system of carbon dioxide and a method for the same are provided to prevent carbon dioxide from exhausting to the atmosphere and to reduce the volume of the carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A liquefying and collecting method of carbon dioxide includes the following steps: exhaust gas from a biogas refining process is cooled from a first temperature to a second temperature, and impurities are removed from the exhaust gas in a pre-treatment part(S1010); the exhaust gas is compressed in a compressing part(S1020); the exhaust gas is cooled to a third temperature, and impurities are further removed from the exhaust gas in a refining part(S1030); the exhaust gas is cooled to a fourth temperature and is condensed to become liquefied gas in a liquefying part(S1040); and the liquefied gas is heated to the storage temperature of carbon dioxide, and other gas except for the carbon dioxide is degassed from the liquefied gas to increase the purity of liquefied carbon dioxide in a post treatment part(S1050).
