    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing high concentration fermentable sugar is provided to enable continuous pretreatment processes, to industrially convert cellulose into high concentration fermentable sugar, to reduce the size of facilities for producing a high concentration saccharification liquid. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing high concentration fermentable sugar comprises: a biaxial screw reactor which pretreats biomass by inputting the biomass and a solvent; a first dehydration unit (221) which removes the solvent from the pretreated biomass; a washing unit (222) which washes the biomass with water; a second dehydration unit (223) which removes water from the biomass; an ingredient supply device (200) with a saccharification device connecting and supplying unit (224) which supplies the water-removed biomass; and a saccharification device which saccharifies the supplied biomass.     • PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of drinkable ethanol using cassava and a manufacturing method of ethanol using the same are provided to remove decomposed acetone and produced partial isopropyl alcohol, thereby minimizing isopropyl alcohol generation caused by acetone from fermenting processes. The degassing reactor partially removes impurities which includes acetone by cooling the liquidized products. The fermenter obtains ethanol from the liquidized products in which impurities are partially eliminated. The degassing reactor is located at one of upper and lower ends and comprises an air ejector or an air nozzle(35) which is for air access.
