    • An apparatus for manufacturing ethanol is provided to simplify equipments and processes by improving structure of a pretreatment unit, a culture unit and a main fermentation unit and continuously manufacture ethanol, thereby reducing initial investment costs and working power, enhancing productivity and stabilizing operation by continuously maintaining same operation conditions of each process. An apparatus for manufacturing ethanol comprises: a pretreatment unit(110) containing a gelatinization chamber(111) and a liquefaction chamber(112) which are contained in a single tank; a jet couver(120) which is located as a certain part of the pretreatment unit and heats a mash released from the gelatinization chamber to transport into the liquefaction chamber; a culture unit which is connected to the lower part of the liquefaction chamber and adds yeast into a part of mash released from the liquefaction chamber to culture it as a distiller's grain; a pre-fermentation tank for receiving the mash released from the liquefaction chamber and the distiller's grain cultured in the culture unit; and a main fermentation unit which is connected to one end of the pre-fermentation tank and ferments the mash released from the pre-fermentation tank to an appropriate concentration, wherein a plurality of induction walls(116) is installed in the inner side of the liquefaction chamber to form zig-zag migration pathway, and each of the induction walls and gelatinization chamber formed in the liquefaction chamber receive the mash for 30 and 60 minutes, respectively.
