    • PURPOSE: A device of blocking the power transfer of a coilless clutch is provided to enable a coilless clutch to be recycled and to reduce the cost since a ball plunger is held on a disc and a power transfer line is blocked even if the overload beyond the torque limit is applied to an air conditioning device. CONSTITUTION: A device of blocking the power transfer of a coilless clutch comprises a pulley(20), a hub(10), a disc(30) and a plurality of ball plungers(40). The pulley is connected to the rotary shaft of an internal combustion engine through a belt or a chain and rotates at the same time. The hub is held in the inner space of the pulley and the rotary shaft of an air conditioning device is connected to the hub. The disc is mounted on the hub and the circumferential surface of the disc makes contact with the inner circumference of the pulley. The ball plungers are held in a holding space radially formed on the circumference of the disc. While reciprocating in a sliding manner, the ball plungers selectively disconnects the power transfer lines of the pulley and the disc.

One side of the bus is installed to a spring(172). The coli housing is combined through a barring(152) in boundary surface of the shaft. The multilevel disk is layered in multi-stage on the disk housing. The multilevel disk is closely attached to the disk housing through the spring.
