    • PURPOSE: A method for extracting inflammable gas from wastes and a device therefor are provided which are able to reclaim waste and keep the environment and recycle waste resources. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: (i) initial drying materials for pyrolysis and eliminating moisture; (ii) drying the materials for pyrolysis of step(i) and pressurizing it to completely eliminate air; (iii) pyrolyzing the materials for pyrolysis of step(ii) into inflammable gas and carbon; (iv) pulverizing the carbon from step (iii) and perfectly burning the carbon powder; (v) preparing liquid gas by pressurizing the inflammable gas from step(iii); and (vi) collecting the burned carbon powder and transferring it. The device comprises: (i) a rotatory millstone(126) having many charcoal powder storage pipes(128) and an outside gear(129-1); (ii) a power-supplying portion comprising a gear(129) being in gear with the outside gear(129-1) and a motor(M); (iii) a lower fixing millstone(127) which is coupled to the rotatory millstone(126); (iv) many bearings(116) which is to reduce the friction of the rotatory millstone(126) and closely shut the shut closely rotatory millstone(126); (v) a circular ring; (vi) a single prop(132); (vii) an internal supporting ring(133); and (viii) each inside/outside carbon powder storing pipe(90, 100).

The batch input type incinerator comprises: a pair of first combustion chambers having inner walls with installation grooves where monolithic refractory parts are reinforced, having a bottom surface with an assembly steel plate mounted thereon where reinforcing protruding portions are protruding upwards and coupling grooves having short edges are formed such that air supply nozzles are coupled to the coupling grooves, wherein the top of the air supply nozzle is protruding to the upper side of the assembly steel plate; a second combustion chamber connected to the first combustion chambers through the alternating damper to secondarily combust exhaust gas generated in the first combustion chambers; an ablutionary dust collector having an inlet and an outlet for allowing exhaust gas generated in the second combustion chamber to flow into therethrough and discharge therefrom, having a partition with a lower side open between the inlet and the outlet such that the inside of the ablutionary dust collector consists of first and second chambers, respectively having watering connectors on the tops of the first and second chambers, and having a dust collection connector on the lower part of the partition; a centrifugal dust collector connected to the outlet of the ablutionary dust collector to remove foreign substances contained in exhaust gas; and an exhaust part consisting of a chimney connected to the centrifugal dust collector, and an exhaust fan having a guide vein on the inner periphery of a blast pipe connected and installed to the chimney so as to emit exhaust gas flowing into the chimney. For heat efficiency of a heat source generated by the burner to be enhanced, the second and third diaphragms comprise a plurality of perforated holes(341,351).
