    • PURPOSE: A vehicle bumper beam unit is provided to ensure convenient manufacture excluding a bending process and enhanced strength of joint portions. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle bumper beam unit comprises a bumper beam(11) and stays(21) which are extruded out of aluminum and assembled together.     • PURPOSE: A tether clip is provided to maintain the prefabrication intensity regardless of the external environment because the prefabrication intensity is controlled by a metal clip and to easily plan by controlling an operating force through controlling the angle of inclined surface of a prefabrication unit. CONSTITUTION: A tether clip comprises a pillar fixing clip(10), a vehicle body fixing clip(20), and a metal clip(30). The pillar fixing clip is fixed to an 'A' pillar. The vehicle body fixing clip inserts the pillar fixing clip to fix and prevents the 'A' pillar from completely separating from a vehicle body panel by moving inside the pillar fixing clip when spreading an airbag. The metal clip elastically supports the pillar fixing clip and the vehicle body fixing clip to prevent from separating from each other.
