    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling the heating of an electric vehicle is provided to efficiently manage and utilize heat generated by electric parts mounted in the electric vehicle and to improve heating efficiency by properly maintaining temperature of the part of the electric vehicle and rapidly heating in an initial stage. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the heating of an electric vehicle comprises; a step comparing the temperature of a battery with indoor temperature when the indoor temperature is lower than set temperature, a step for operating a first heating system when the battery temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, a step for controlling the temperature of cooling water in a heater core inlet side when the battery temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, a step for operating a second heating system when the temperature of the cooling water in the heater core inlet side is higher than the indoor temperature.     • PURPOSE: A waste heat management system of an electric vehicle and a management method thereof are provided to consume the energy in the summer and the winter by efficiently using electricity according to control levels. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat management system of an electric vehicle comprises a water pump(100), a OBC cooling water line(C), a motor cooling water line(B), a heater core cooling water line(D), and a radiator cooling water line(E). The water pump controls the flow of cooling water. The OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line branch from the outlet of the water pump cooling water line in parallel. The heat core cooling water line and the radiator cooling water line are separately connected in parallel to the inlet of the water pump cooling water line and to the joint point of the OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line. The OBC cooling water line(300) is connected with an OBC and an LDC(320) in series. The outlet of water pump cooling water line branch to the LDC cooling water line with the OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line in parallel.     • PURPOSE: A method and a system for controlling the air conditioning of a vehicle using an infrared sensor for measuring vehicle temperature with a multi-divided measuring method are provided to obtain temperature information of a target object. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the air conditioning of a vehicle comprises an infrared sensor and a controller. The system for controlling the air conditioning of a vehicle detects the temperature of multipld divided cell areas(S512,S514,S516). The controller compares the temperature value of each area with a target temperature value(S520). When a difference between the temperature value of each area and the target temperature value is lower or the same as a critical value, a current air conditioning control is maintained(S555). When the difference is higher than the critical value, the air conditioning control is performed by differentiating the critical value.
