The fastening bracket is fixed at the end of a door inner panel(10), and has a fitting hole which is inserted to the one end of the impact beam. The fastening bolt is coupled with the screw thread through the fastening hole of the door inner panel(15) and the fitting hole of the fastening bracket, is assembled with the impact beam to the door inner panel.
