摘要： PURPOSE: A ceramics wire formation system, a ceramics wire formation method, and a superconducting wire using the same is provided to rapidly forming the ceramic wire of a ceramic thin film. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic precursor film is formed on the top of a wire substrate(S10). A wire substrate deposited by the ceramic precursor film is thermally processed. The ceramic precursor film is controlled to get a liquid state(S21). An epitaxy ceramic film is formed from the ceramic precursor film of the liquid state(S22).

摘要： PURPOSE: A winding device of a superconducting wire is provided to reduce winding inferiority by controlling tension of a metal wire. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical drum(100) is rotatable. A feed member(200) supplies a metal wire, the base material of a superconducting wire, in the cylindrical drum. A moveable member(300) moves the feed member to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical drum to reel the metal wire at a regular interval. The feed member includes a frame(230), a winding reel(210) and a guide roller(220). The frame transfers in a straight line while being connected to the moveable member. The winding reel supplies the metal wire and is installed on the frame. The guide roller is positioned between the cylindrical drum and the winding reel.

摘要： Provided is a method of forming a ceramic wire. In the method, a ceramic precursor film is deposited on a wire substrate. Then, the wire substrate on which the ceramic precursor film is deposited is treated by heating. For treating the wire substrate by heating, a temperature of the wire substrate and/or an oxygen partial pressure of the wire substrate are controlled such that the ceramic precursor film is in a liquid state and an epitaxy ceramic film is formed from the liquid ceramic precursor film on the wire substrate.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method and a system for forming a ceramic wire and a super-conduction wire are provided to form a super-conduction precursor of rare earth-barium-copper oxide by heat processing the super-conduction precursor under high oxygen partial pressure. CONSTITUTION: A ReBCO film(12) is formed on a wire substrate(10) having a buffer layer(11). A first portion(13) having a superconducting phase is formed to be closely adhered to the buffer layer. A second portion(14) having a phase different from the superconducting phase of the first portion is formed on the first portion. The first portion comprises a rare earth: barium : copper in a ratio of 1:2:3. The ratio of the second portion can be different from the ratio of the first portion. The second portion comprises a non-stoichiometric oxide corresponding to a trace of the ceramic precursor.
