    • A fluorescent screen and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the resolution of the X-ray photography by forming the pin hole in the side outputting the visible ray of the screen plate. The screen plate(210) comprises the pin hole(216a) penetrating the side outputting the visible ray. The reflecting layer(215) is formed in the inner side of pin hole. The fluorescent material(214) is filled in the pin hole in which the reflecting layer of is formed. The reinforced reflective layer(220a) is formed in the reinforced plate. The reinforced plate is adhered to the screen plate so that the reinforced reflective layer is interposed between the screen plate and reinforcement plate. The pin hole has the height of 0.05~0.5 mm and the diameter of 0.02~0.1mm.

    • PURPOSE: A digital X-ray camera system is provided to reduce the aberration of an optical system by keeping a long lightpath and using a lens having a large diameter and a small viewing angle as a pickup lens and to secure the stability by picking up the image of the entire structure of an object via a single CCD(Charge Coupled Device). CONSTITUTION: A digital X-ray camera system comprises an X ray generator(100), a fluorescent screen(200), a first reflector(310), a second reflector(320), a third reflector(330), and a video detector(400). The video detector consists of a large-diameter lens(410) and a CCD(420). The X ray transmitting through an object(10) is inputted to the fluorescent screen. The input X ray is converted into a visible ray image(20). The visible ray outputted from the fluorescent screen sequentially passes through the first, second and third reflectors. Thus, the length of a lightpath is kept long. Thereafter, the visible ray is inputted to the video detector and the image is formed in the large-diameter lens. The image is converted into an electrical signal by the CCD. The electrical signal outputted from the CCD is converted into a digital signal by an electronic signal processing unit(500), and transmitted to a memory(600).
