    • PURPOSE: A fluorescence imaging device is provided to rapidly and easily control the focus and tilt of the device, and to prevent the focus and tilt from being changed after controlling. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence imaging device comprises a focus rail(22), a spring(23), a rotating ring(24), a connector(26), and a connector fixing retainer(32). The focus rail is fixed to an optical system(15). The spring is inserted into a groove(22b) of the focus rail. The rotating rail is contacted with the focus rail, and rotated around an optic axis. The connector is moved in a rectilinear direction. The connector fixing retainer fixes the connector to prevent the tilt of the device from being changed.

    • PURPOSE: A CCD camera capable of correcting an image is provided to obtain an image having the uniform bright on the whole even if strength of a beam imaged in a center of a CCD and strength of a beam imaged on an edge of the CCD. CONSTITUTION: A DCP(Digital Camera Processor)(52) generates a horizontal synchronous signal, a vertical synchronous signal, and a pixel clock related to a point r distant from a center of a CCD(Charge Coupled Device)(20) to an address generating unit(110), and outputs a signal representing brightness of the point to a divider(130). The address generating unit generates an address corresponding to the point. A memory(120) stores compensated factors of points distant from the center of the CCD and outputs the compensated factor related to the point r distant from the center of the CCD. The divider receives the signal representing the brightness of the point and the compensated factor for outputting a signal representing compensated brightness obtained by dividing the brightness by the compensated factor to the DCP.
