    • The present invention relates to a remote controller having a six-axis Gyro sensor and a control method thereof for blocking an operational transmission signal to prevent the unintentional operation of a driving unit which can be generated for the falling by detecting it using the sensor when the controller is fallen by the mistake of an operator while heavy equipment such as excavators and a driving device are operated by using the remote controller. The remote controller having the six-axis Gyro sensor according to the present invention comprises: a signal generating unit generating an operation control signal by the intentional or unintentional operation of the operator; a control device determining the intention of the signal generated in the signal generating unit based on the position and a posture signal of the controller in which the six-axis Gyro sensor senses; a transmission unit converting the operation control signal into a wireless signal and transmitting to the driving device if the signal determined in the control device is an intentional signal; and the driving device operated by the signal transmitted from the transmission unit.
