    • The present invention relates to an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate obtained by dissolving a metallic catalyst including nitrate, carbamate, urea, and mixtures thereof in an ionic liquid. Moreover, provided is a method for producing an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate, the method comprising the steps of: producing an ionic liquid-catalyst mixed solution by adding a metallic catalyst including nitrate, carbamate, urea, and mixtures thereof in an ionic liquid; and increasing the temperature of and agitating the ionic liquid-catalyst mixed solution. Using the method for producing an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate of the present invention, an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate can be obtained which is uniformly filled in a reactor so that a dimethyl carbonate synthesizing reaction has excellent initial activities.

    • A method and an apparatus for removing mercury contained in flue gas from an incinerator using blast furnace slag, which show high mercury removal efficiency similar to that of activated carbon, are excellent in economic efficiency, prevent secondary pollution problems from being generated, and prevent desulfurization from being disturbed, are provided. In an apparatus for removing mercury contained in flue gas exhausted from a boiler(11), an apparatus for removing mercury contained in flue gas from an incinerator using blast furnace slag comprises: a desulfurization system(12) for desulfurizing the flue gas exhausted from the boiler; a blast furnace slag sprayer(13) for spraying blast furnace slag with improved surface area onto the flue gas desulfurized by the desulfurization system to adsorb mercury onto the blast furnace slag; a filtration dust collector(14) for collecting blast furnace slag onto which mercury is adsorbed by the blast furnace slag sprayer; and a stack(15) for exhausting flue gas from which mercury is removed by the filtration dust collector.
