    • The present invention relates to an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate obtained by dissolving a metallic catalyst including nitrate, carbamate, urea, and mixtures thereof in an ionic liquid. Moreover, provided is a method for producing an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate, the method comprising the steps of: producing an ionic liquid-catalyst mixed solution by adding a metallic catalyst including nitrate, carbamate, urea, and mixtures thereof in an ionic liquid; and increasing the temperature of and agitating the ionic liquid-catalyst mixed solution. Using the method for producing an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate of the present invention, an ionic liquid-catalyst complex for producing dimethyl carbonate can be obtained which is uniformly filled in a reactor so that a dimethyl carbonate synthesizing reaction has excellent initial activities.

    • The present invention relates to a novel catalyst used to produce BTX from a polycyclic aromatic compound, a method for producing the catalyst, and a method for producing BTX using the catalyst. By means of an aspect of the present invention, provided are: a catalyst in which Ni_2P of 0.5-2.0 mmol for 1 g of a zeolite carrier is dipped as a catalyst active ingredient; a method for producing the catalyst in which Ni_2P of 0.5-2.0 mmol for 1 g of a zeolite carrier is dipped as a catalyst active ingredient; and a method for producing BTX from a polycyclic aromatic compound using the catalyst. The method for producing the catalyst comprises the steps of: obtaining a catalyst active component carrier material for a zeolite carrier by depositing a precursor solution of a catalyst active component in the zeolite carrier through an impregnation technique; drying the carrier material at a temperature of 100-130°C for 12-24 hours; heating the same at a temperature of 350-450°C for 3-5 hours; reducing the same at a temperature of 550-650°C for 1-3 hours under the hydrogen atmosphere; and anti-oxidizing the same at a temperature of 25-50°C for 3-5 hours under the presence of oxygen. When the catalyst by means of an aspect of the present invention is used, BTX can be more effectively produced from a polycyclic aromatic compound, which is generated as a byproduct after a coke producing process, through a single process at a temperature which is lower than in existing BTX producing processes.
