The needle roller bearing is inserted into the trunnion to rotate within. The rotation roller revolves with the needle roller bearing, contacting with the outer surface of a needle roller bearing. The rotation roller is inserted into the trunnion. The ball and roller retainer is inserted into the trunnion. The ball and roller retainer is arranged on one side of the needle roller bearing. A protrusion(121) is formed on the outer circumference of the trim of the trunnions. The protrusion prevents the needle roller bearing, a rotation roller, and a ball and roller retainer from the trunnions.

      본 발명의 차량용 등속 조인트 제작방법은 차량의 변속기(4) 출력부에 인너보드조인트(10)와, 조인트부(12)와, 샤프트(14)와, 조인트부(12)와 구동바퀴(6)에 결합되는 아웃보드조인트(18)가 순차적으로 연결되는 것에 있어서, 상기 아웃보드조인트(18)는 중공타입의 슬리브(32)로 형성되면서 선단부에 반구형 아우터레이스(30)를 일체로 형성하도록 슬리브(32)의 선단부를 확관시켜 아우터레이스(30)를 형성시키는 확관공정과, 상기 확관공정 이후로 슬리브(32)의 후미 외주를 가압하는 축관공정과, 상기 축관공정 이후로 슬리브(32)와 아우터레이스(30)를 열처리하는 열처리공정과, 상기 열처리공정 이후로 슬리브(32)와 아우터레이스(30)를 연마하는 연마공정에 의해 상기 아웃보드조인트(18)를 만드는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      따라서, 본 발명에 의하면 아웃보드조인트를 단조 및 선삭 등의 작업공정으로 인해 발생했던 중량 증가와 제작비용 상승을 스웨징공법으로 대체하여 가공함으로써, 중량감소와 제작비용을 절감시킬 수 있게 된다.

When the bar used for the forming process is subject to heat treatment, torque of 4,000Nm or more is transferred.
