    • Potential energy restoring device for the hydraulic cylinder and reviving method are provided to save the energy and to improve the efficiency of the oil-hydraulic system since the operating oil amount which is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder is controlled according to the rotational direction and speed of the electric motor. A potential energy restoring device for the hydraulic cylinder comprises an electric motor(50) driven according to the control signal input from outside, a fixed hydraulic pump(51) which is driven while being connected to the electric motor, a hydraulic cylinder(54) which is expanded and contracted by the working fluid discharged according to the rotational direction and speed of the electric motor from the hydraulic pump, a direction selecting valve(56) feeding back the working fluid from the hydraulic cylinder to the pressure-oil tank, a divergence valve(57) in which the inside spool is switched with the control signal input from outside in case the load of the hydraulic cylinder is descended, a hydraulic motor(58) driven by the working fluid fed back through the divergence valve from the hydraulic cylinder, a generator(59) axis-connected in the hydraulic motor, a converter(60) converting the electrical energy generated by the generator through the hydraulic motor into the direct current, a battery(61) charging the direct current transformed with converter, a main controller(ECU) outputting the control signal in order to run the converter, the divergence valve and the electric motor according to the signal input from outside.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for recovering the potential energy of a boom in a constructional machinery are provided to enable charging using a battery by raising and falling the hydraulic cylinder of the boom by controlling the direction and speed of the normal and reverse rotation of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for recovering the potential energy of a boom in a constructional machinery comprises an electric motor(10), a hydraulic pump(20), a large chamber line(31), and a small chamber line(33). The invention further comprises a hydraulic cylinder(30), and a direction control valve(40). The invention further comprises a return line, a generator(60), a battery(70), and a main controller. The electric motor is driven in a normal or reverse direction according to the input of a control signal. The hydraulic pump is driven in two directions by the electric motor. The large chamber lie is formed between the hydraulic pump and the large chamber of the hydraulic cylinder. The small chamber line is formed between the hydraulic pump and the small chamber of the hydraulic cylinder.

    • PURPOSE: An oil pump is provided to control the eccentricity of an inner rotor and an outer rotor with a motor operated corresponding to the RPM of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump comprises a body (110), an outer rotor (120), an inner rotor (130), a motor (M), an RPM sensor (140), a motor control part (150), a coupling (160), and a connection rod (170). The body has an oil suction line and an oil supply line. The outer rotor is rotationally installed inside the body. A support protrusion is protruded from one side of the outer rotor. The inner rotor is installed eccentric to the outer rotor. The motor is arranged in one side of the body. The RPM sensor measures the RPM of the engine and outputs signals corresponding to the measured values. The motor control part controls the operation of the motor corresponding to the output values of the RPM sensor. The coupling is arranged on the rotary shaft of the motor and linearly moves by the rotation of the motor. Both ends of the connection rod are connected to the coupling and the support protrusion.
