    • The present invention relates to a hybrid magnet engine valve actuator. Especially, the hybrid magnet engine valve actuator drives a valve bar of a non-magnet material for opening an intake and exhaust valve. The hybrid magnet engine valve actuator comprises an upper yoke installed above a lower yoke; a coil which is wrapped over the outer surface of the upper yoke to generate a variable magnet field with certain intensity and direction according to the supply direction and voltage supplied from outside; and a shorted turn which is installed between the upper yoke and the coil to reduce time for generating the variable magnet field by promoting the increase of the voltage when the voltage is applied to the coil. As the shorted turn is added between the upper yoke and the coil, the effective inductance generating at the beginning of applying the voltage to the coil is reduced so that time for opening and closing an engine valve is reduce by slowing down the speed of increasing current. The hybrid magnet engine valve actuator is capable of maximizing the speed of an engine by obtaining variable valve timing in the faster rotary speed of the engine.

    • The present invention relates to a horizontal-type linear vibration motor. More specifically, in the disclosed horizontal-type linear vibration motor for a mobile phone, an elastic member includes: a rectangular horizontal plate which has a certain volume; a pair of flat springs which are curved in one body at a certain angle in the opposite directions to each other at the front and the rear ends of both lateral surfaces of the horizontal plate and are elastically deformed in the horizontal direction in a cantilever form individually; and a pair of horizontal welding fixing plates which are curved in one body towards the horizontal plate on the top and the bottom surface of each end of the flat springs to fix the ends of the flat springs onto the ceiling surface of a case and onto the top surface of a bracket individually through welding. Therefore, the elastic member itself can maintain the state of being fixed in one body between the ceiling surface of the case and the top surface of the bracket. At the same time, the repetitive vibration force from a vibrator can be prevented from being directly delivered to the welding part and accordingly cracks or damage to the welding part of the flat springs due to the repetitive vibration force from the vibrator can be completely prevented. Also, since the vibrator vibrates while being stably supported, the vibration performance can be improved. Furthermore, by using the elastic member in which the inclined or V-shaped flat springs are curved in one body on the both surfaces of the horizontal plate, processing and manufacturing becomes easy.

    • PURPOSE: A horizontal linear vibration motor for a mobile phone is provided to prevent the transmission of repetitive vibration force of a vibration body to a plate spring welding part, thereby preventing the crack and the damage of the plate spring welding part. CONSTITUTION: A case (200) is connected to a bracket (100) and forms a space unit in the case. A coil (120) is installed on an upper side of the bracket and receives a power voltage from the outside. A vibration body (300) is arranged to be separated from an upper part of the coil. The vibration body includes a magnet (310), which is divided into a 4-pole structure, and a yoke (320) located on an upper part of the magnet. An elastic member (500) is installed between the case and a housing (400). The elastic member elastically supports the vibration body.
