    • A polyvinyl alcohol film is provided to realize improved physical properties including tensile strength, elongation, light transmission, gloss and elasticity, as compared with a polyvinyl alcohol film having a single polymerization degree and saponification rate. A polyvinyl alcohol film is obtained by the method comprising blending a low-polymerization degree polyvinyl alcohol polymer having a number average polymerization degree of 1,500-2,000 and a saponification rate of 88-99.9 mole% with a high-polymerization degree polyvinyl alcohol polymer having a number average polymerization degree of 2,200-8,000 and a saponification rate of 99.5-100 mole% in a solvent at a weight ratio of 90:10-10:90, followed by vacuum debubbling, casting, drying and winding.

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing a non-woven fabric capable of being solubilized absolutely in water at room temperature and causing no environmental pollution is provided. Whereby, the fabric can be used as a foundation cloth for embroidery, a disposable head rest of an airplane seat and agricultural mulch films. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric containing cellulose fibers as a main material is mercerized with an aqueous caustic soda solution in a solvent, etherification of the mercerized fabric is carried out by adding a monochloro acetic acid solution, the fabric is neutralized with a hydrochloric acid solution to a pH of about 6.0 to 9.0 and then the fabric is dehydrated and dried. The dissolving time of the non-woven fabric can be controlled depending on the amount of the solid monochloro acetic acid, solid sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid to be used.

    • 본 발명에 따른 레이스용 직물은 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)로 제조된 10∼30 g/㎡의 중량과 60∼80 인치의 폭을 갖는 부직포를 10∼50 m/분의 속도로 공급하고, 상기 공급되는 부직포의 하부면에 회전롤에 의하여 접착제를 도포하고, 합성섬유로 제조된 30∼100 g/60인치×YD의 중량과 60∼80 인치의 폭을 갖는 망사를 망사의 기본모양이 유지되도록 장력을 부가하면서 상기 부직포와 동일한 속도로 공급하고, 상기 부직포와 상기 망사를 한 쌍의 압착롤에 의하여 접착시키고, 상기 접착된 직물을 복수개의 롤로 이루어진 건조장치에 의하여 건조시키고, 그리고 상기 건조된 직물을 무장력하에서 권취하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법에 의하여 제조된다. 따라서 본 발명에 의하면 망사와 부직포를 접착제를 이용하여 결합시킴으로써 형태성이 양호하고, 망사와 부직포를 접착시켜 레이스용 직물을 제조하는 공정을 기계장치를 이용하여 자동화함으로써 작업시간을 단축시키고, 불량률을 감소시키며, 제조원가를 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 양호한 형태성을 유지함으로써 균일한 모양의 레이스용 직물을 제공하는 효과를 갖는다.

    • PURPOSE: A lace fabric having shape retention properties obtained by combining a mesh fabric and nonwoven fabric with an adhesive is provided which can form a lace with a uniform shape and soft feeling. Because tensile strength in the cross direction and machine direction is almost similar, a lace fabric with about 7kgf/mm¬2:5kgf/mm¬2 is obtained and this process reduces working time and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is coated on a nonwoven fabric(1) having a weight of 10 to 30g/m¬2 and width of 60 to 80inch which is prepared from polyvinyl alcohol and supplied at a speed of 10 to 50m/min. The nonwoven fabric is adhered to a mesh fabric(2) having a weight of 30 to 100g/60inchxYD and width of 60 to 80inch which is prepared from synthetic fiber and supplied at the same speed as the nonwoven fabric on a pair of compression rolls, dried and wound under no tension.
