摘要： PURPOSE: A blend film comprising atactic polyvinylalcohol and syndiotactic polyvinylalcohol and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve thermal property or tensile strength by blending the atactic polyvinylalcohol and syndiotactic polyvinylalcohol compared with conventional PVA films. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a blend film comprising atactic polyvinylalcohol and syndiotactic polyvinylalcohol comprises the steps of: blending atactic polyvinylalcohol and syndiotactic polyvinylalcohol, and dissolving them in water; and forming a membrane using the blend solution. The atactic polyvinylalcohol is prepared by solution-polymerizing acetic acid vinyl.

摘要： PURPOSE: High molecular weight poly(N-vinylcarbazole) nonwoven fabrics prepared by electrospinning fiber and a preparation method thereof are provided to offer good conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of high molecular weight poly(N-vinylcarbazole) nonwoven fabrics includes a step for producing a spinning solution by mixing a solvent of 10 ml with polyvinyl carbazole of 0.3 ~ 1.8 g and a step for performing an electrospinning process of the spinning solution. The polyvinyl carbazole is high molecular polyvinyl carbazole of which average molecular weight is 1,000,000 ~ 1,500,000, and the solvent is one selected from a group consisting of tetrahydrofurane, 1,122- tetrachloroethane and chloroform. The electrospinnig is formed under the voltage of 15 ~ 30 kV.

摘要： PURPOSE: A preparation method of functional nonwoven fabrics containing sodium alginate is provided to offer improved bio compatibility of the functional nonwoven fabrics by injecting the sodium alginate on a blend solution for electrospinning. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of functional nonwoven fabrics containing sodium alginate comprises a step for producing a polymer blend solution by dissolving atactic polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate in a solvent capable of dissolving simultaneously the atactic polyvinyl alcohol and the sodium alginate and a step for electrospinning of a spinning solution. The preparation method of functional nonwoven fabrics containing sodium alginate further includes a step for stabilizing the spinning solution containing the sodium alginate. The functional nonwoven fabrics include the sodium alginate of 1 ~ 30 parts by weights, is produced by electrospinning.

The polyvinylalcohol non-woven fabric has numerical average polymerization of 1,000~2,000, alternating array dyad group content of 50~55%, and saponification degree of 80.0~99.9%.

摘要： PURPOSE: Polyvinylalcohol microfibrillar fiber and a preparation method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing processes through simple mechanical shearing manipulation using methanol as a saponification solvent. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of polyvinylalcohol microfibrillar fiber includes a step for producing a solution by dissolving poly(vinyl pivalate/acetic acid vinyl) copolymers as a saponification solvent, and a step for shearing a mixed compound after agitating the solution and an alkali saponification solvent after injecting the alkali saponification solvent in the solution. The saponification solvent one organic solvent selected from methanol, tetrahydrofuran, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone or dioxane. The saponification solvent is comprised of hydroxide of 0.5 - 0.07 mole selected from a group consisting of potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and their mixture and water of 0.1 - 0.8 mole.
