    • A human neural stem cell which secretes SMAC is provided to ascensively support the action of TRAIL and induce the apoptosis of tumor cell and the decrease of tumor volume. A human neural stem cell which secretes SMAC is transformed to a nucleic acid coding the SMAC. The SMAC comprises an amino acid of the sequence number 1. A method for manufacturing the human neural stem cell comprises: a step of manufacturing a recombinant virus vector containing DNA construct in which a sequence of secretion signal, protein transduction domain and the nucleic acid coding SMAC are sequencially connected; a step of transfecting the recombinant virus vector to cell line to produce a SMAC expression recombinant virus; and a step of transfecting the human neural stem cell with SMAC expression recombinant virus.

    • A recombinant shuttle vector having CAG promoter is provided to express a protein in a host cell effectively, thereby being usefully used for transforming the host cell using adenovirus. An adenoviral recombinant shuttle vector is characterized in that a cytomegalovirus(CMV) immediate early enhancer, a chicken beta-actin promoter, a structure gene operably linked to the promoter, and a rabbit beta-globin terminator are linked in sequence. A method for expressing a target protein comprises the steps of: (a) inserting a structure gene encoding the target protein into the adenoviral recombinant shuttle vector to construct a recombinant vector; (b) preparing adenovirus using the recombinant vector; (c) transfecting the adenovirus into a host cell to prepare a transfectant; and (d) expressing a target protein in the transfectant.

    • PURPOSE: A composite of magnetic nanoparticles and adeno-associated virus, and a gene delivery method into a cell using the same are provided to deliver a foreign gene into a non-invasive cell type, to control moving speed of a magnet, and to control foreign gene delivery speed. CONSTITUTION: A composite contains superparamagnetic nanoparticles which are conjugated through a streptavidin-biotin-NTA(nitrilotriacetic acid)-nickel-hexa histidine linker, and an adeno-associated virus(AAV) vector. The superparamagnetic nanoparticles are gamma-Fe2O3, Fe3O4, or a mixture thereof. The adeno-associated virus vector is AAV2 vector containing cytomegalovirus(CMV) promoter and hexa histidine at a 587th site of LQRGNLGHHHHHHSRQA-(corresponding to wild type AAV2:^583 LQRGNRQA). A gene delivery method into a cell comprises: a step of delivering a gene delivery system into the non-invasive cell type using the magnet; and a step of controlling moving speed of the magnet for controlling gene delivery speed.
