The light receiving part comprises one or more light receiving cells which receive the split light. At least one control signal is created using the light in the light receiving part. An electric signal is created using the received light. The light receiving part comprises a first light receiving cell, a second light receiving cell, and a third light receiving cell in order from the top, which are arranged in a row. The light splitting part splits the reflected or diffracted light into 3 sections.
