    • PURPOSE: An absorber structure for a surface acoustic wave(SAW) filter is provided to improve the performance of the filter by absorbing a reflective wave reflected from a primary absorber in a secondary absorber and minimizing a reflective wave reflected to an IDT(Inter Digital Transducer). CONSTITUTION: An input IDT(2) converts an external electric signal into a mechanical signal. An output IDT(4) converts a filtered mechanical signal into an electric signal. A ground bar(6) is installed between the input IDT(2) and the output IDT(4) for performing a ground operation. The first absorber(8) absorbs a reflective wave reflected from the input IDT(2) and the output IDT(4). The second absorber(10) reabsorbs a reflective wave reflected from the first absorber(8).
