    • 본 발명은 사출장치의 스크류 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 스크류 구조체를 구성하는 체크링이 보다 신속하게 계량완료 동작이 이루어지도록 함으로써 사출하고자 하는 원료의 역류현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
      본 발명은 사출하고자 하는 원료가 투입되어 압송되도록 배럴의 내부에 구비되면서, 스크류 헤드와 스크류 축상에 고정된 스페이서 사이에 이동가능하게 결합되는 체크링을 가지고, 이 체크링은 두께면에 걸림돌기가 형성되며, 이 걸림돌기가 삽입되도록 스크류 헤드에 삽입홈이 형성된 사출장치의 스크류 구조체로서, 상기 걸림돌기는 스크류 헤드 방향으로 경사진 경사면을 가지고, 이 경사면과 대응되도록 상기 삽입홈의 측면에 경사진 경사면을 가지는 구조이다.
      이러한 본 발명은 사출장치의 동작과정에서 사출하고자 하는 원료의 계량동작후 사출동작시, 체크링이 스크류헤드로부터 미끄럼 저항이 대폭 감소된 상태로 신속하게 이동되어 사출하고자 하는 원료의 역류현상을 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
