    • The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cylinder for an injection molding machine capable of withstanding ultra-high injection pressure of 3,000 kg/cm^2 or more and to a cylinder manufactured thereby. The present invention provides the method of manufacturing a cylinder comprising: a first step of processing an inner diameter of a cylinder by performing deep hole and honing treatment by using a material with a critical hardness of HRC 38-40; a second step of processing an outer diameter and a shape of the cylinder after the first step; a third step of forming a hardening layer on an inner side and an outer side of the cylinder in order to have a critical hardness of HRC 62 or more by performing ionitriding or oxynitriding treatment after the second step; a fourth step of secondarily performing honing treatment on a surface of the hardening layer formed on the inner side of the cylinder; and a fifth step of polishing and processing an outer diameter assembly after the fourth step.

    • The present invention relates to an injector nozzle for injecting a melted synthetic resin into a molding frame, and in particular, to an injector nozzle capable of easily controlling the elastic force supporting the nozzle in correspondence to changes in injection pressure. The injector nozzle according to the present invention in order to achieve the purpose comprises a body having a supply path formed therein so that a melted synthetic resin supplied from one side can flow to the other side; an elastomer mounted on the outer periphery of the body; an elastic force control unit movable to the longitudinal direction of the body and pressing the elastomer; a key delivering the elastic force of the elastomer to a needle positioned inside the body; and a nozzle cap mounted on the other end of the body and having a supply hole so that the melted synthetic resin moved to the other side through the supply path of the body can be discharged to outside, wherein the supply hole is open/closed by the movement of the needle.

The joint bar is positioned between the moving bar and the connector and interlocks the moving bar and the connector.
