The pressurizing unit is vertically installed in the upper part of a plunger cylinder(1)'s supply standby space(10). The pressurizing unit comprises a plunger piston(2), a main piston(3), and a main cylinder(4). The material feeding unit is comprised a extrusion cylinder(5) and extrusion screw(6). The charging unit is installed from the extrusion cylinder to the supply standby space. The backflow prevention check ball is formed in the end part of the plunger piston formed in the upper part of the supply standby space.

    • PURPOSE: A rubber backflow preventing device of a rubber injection molding machine is provided to simplify a structure despite of removing a piston because a check ring is contacted with the end part of a screw and performs the conterflow prevention and a piston functions. CONSTITUTION: A rubber backflow preventing device of a rubber injection molding machine comprises a nozzle(1) and a check ring(2). The nozzle is joined to the end part of a screw(B) to be integrated. The nozzle comprises a communication space(10) and a stopping sill(13). The screw and a feed standby space(C) are connected through the communication space of the nozzle. The check ring is installed between the screw and stopping sill of the nozzle. The outer circumference of the check ring is closely supported to an inner pipe and slid vertically. When the check ring is slid to downward, the communication space is formed. The check ring is slid to upward, one end part of the check ring is closely contacted to the end part of the screw.

    • 본 발명은 사출장치의 스크류 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 스크류 구조체를 구성하는 체크링이 보다 신속하게 계량완료 동작이 이루어지도록 함으로써 사출하고자 하는 원료의 역류현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
      본 발명은 사출하고자 하는 원료가 투입되어 압송되도록 배럴의 내부에 구비되면서, 스크류 헤드와 스크류 축상에 고정된 스페이서 사이에 이동가능하게 결합되는 체크링을 가지고, 이 체크링은 두께면에 걸림돌기가 형성되며, 이 걸림돌기가 삽입되도록 스크류 헤드에 삽입홈이 형성된 사출장치의 스크류 구조체로서, 상기 걸림돌기는 스크류 헤드 방향으로 경사진 경사면을 가지고, 이 경사면과 대응되도록 상기 삽입홈의 측면에 경사진 경사면을 가지는 구조이다.
      이러한 본 발명은 사출장치의 동작과정에서 사출하고자 하는 원료의 계량동작후 사출동작시, 체크링이 스크류헤드로부터 미끄럼 저항이 대폭 감소된 상태로 신속하게 이동되어 사출하고자 하는 원료의 역류현상을 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
