CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic phase transition material controls the weight ratio of the organic phase transition material to 1 or more which is defined by formula 1: R_o/e = m_(n)/m_(n+1) by controlling reaction temperature, reaction pressure and a support for a catalyst under the presence of a catalyst when manufacturing the organic phase transition material through the hydrogenation of animal and plant oils. In formula 1, n is an odd number from 13-21, m(n) is the weight of the organic phase transition material of which carbon number is n, and m(n+1) is the weight of the organic phase transition material of which carbon number is (n+1).
