    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing carboxylic acid by fermenting marine algae under an anaerobic condition is provided to obtain carboxylic acid of high yield and to prevent pollution. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing mixed carboxylic acid comprises hot water treatment, acid treatment, alkaline treatment, or enzyme treatment and from marine algae by anaerobic fermentation. The method further comprises a step of pulverizing the marine algae in a particle size of 20-300 um. The hot water treatment is performed by adding water to the marine algae in a ratio of 1:1-1:20 and treating at 60-200 Deg. C. for 5-120 minutes. The acid treatment is performed by adding 0.1-5%(w/w) of acidic solution and treating at 60-200 Deg. C. for 5-120 minutes. The alkaline treatment is performed by adding 0.1-5%(w/w) of an alkaline solution to the marine algae and treating at 60-200 Deg. C. for 5-120 minutes. Bio fuel is prepared through microorganism fermentation or chemical reaction using carboxylic acid.     • A microorganism liquid composition for cleaning oil-contaminated soil with enhanced oil-decomposing activities is provided to improve a decomposition rate of polluted materials and reduce a necessary time for cleaning the oil-contaminated soil. A microorganism liquid composition for cleaning oil-contaminated soil with enhanced oil-decomposing activities is characterized by mixing a culture fluid of a high growth strain and a culture fluid of a slow growth strain in a volume ratio of 1 to 1 or 1 to 9. The high growth strain is Acinetobacter, Acinetobacter haemolyticus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter radioresistens, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, or Bacillus sphaericus. The slow growth strain is Nocardia nova, Cellulomonas turbata, or Flavobacterium johnsoniae.
